Pricing
All the prices on our website use USD as currency and have taken volume discount into consideration. For every order under $100, regardless of your purchased volume or where you live, we charge a flat $2.99 as shipping cost. For orders equal to and over $100, we offer free shipment. You do not need to pay additional shipping & shipping handling fee, unless you require other more expensive shipment methods.
Shipping & Delivery
All our products are shipped to you via China Post Air or EMS wherever you are. We pay the extra international shipping charge if it is more than $2.99, in order to ensure you the most cost-effective way of sourcing from China.
We choose the fastest and most economic way of shipping. For smaller orders weighing less than 30kg, we recommend express delivery such as EMS, DHL, UPS, China Post Air, Hong Kong Post Air, etc. The products will reach you door-to-door, saving your efforts in custom clearance and handling.
- EMS: Normally we ship products weighing more than 1kg via EMS, which is an express delivery service provided by China Post and supported by Universal Postal Union. It takes 3~7 days to arrive in Asia, North America, Europe, Australia, and most of the other places all over the world. For each order we shall provide a tracking number to you shortly after we complete the shipment. You can use the tracking number to check the shipment status at EMS’ official site.
- China Post Air: Normally we ship products weighing less than 1kg via China Post Air. It takes 10~25 days to reach Asia, North America, Europe, Australia, and most of the other places all over the world. For each order we shall provide a tracking number to you shortly after we complete the shipment. You can use the tracking number to check the shipment status at China Post’ official site.
- DHL, UPS, FedEx: In certain regions and for orders weighing more than 20kg, DHL, UPS, FedEx or other express delivery agents are the better choices for their fast services and relatively lower shipping cost. However, in most cases they are more expensive than EMS. If you need express delivery services other than EMS or China Post Air, please contact us at support@wholeport.com or leave a message to us via Live Chat. We may need to take a little extra shipping handling fee in such situation.
- Ocean Freight Shipping: For large orders, we will discuss with you case-by-case if ocean freight shipping is needed.
Payment
We offer various payment ways for your convenience. If you have any question about payment, please let us know via Live Chat or write to us at support@wholeport.com.
1. Paypal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay your orders through your PayPal account at Checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account, it does not matter. You can also pay via PayPal with your credit card or bank debit card. WholePort.com’s PayPal business account is payment@wholeport.com.
2. Credit Card
If you have VISA, MasterCard, JCB, etc. credit cards, you can also pay your orders through our credit card payment gateway. This gateway is supported by one of China’s top international payment processing companies which passed PCI compliance the first and earliest in China. Your payment is secured and protected by your credit card issuing banks.

NOTICE:
- We want to remind all customers that they are responsible for all local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm the total payment amount with their local bank.
- For orders larger than $2,000, we would advise customers to pay via Wire Transfer, so that the payment processing fee will be significantly reduced. In such case we will be able to give you a 1% off the total payment amount for the processing-fee cut-off.
- Plus the above, we will ship out your orders once you send your payment proof (the snapshot or scanned copy of your bank remittance) to wt@wholeport.com. The order processing time is normally faster than that of other payment methods.
Returns & Replacements
7-Day Money Back Guarantee is offered for whole site products. If you are not satisfied with the products after you receive them, just let us know and send the parcel back to us within 7 days. We will replace the products with new ones or give you a full refund at your requirement.

Wholesale Premium
If you buy one piece of any product, you will pay a sample price. The sample price (shipping cost included as said at Pricing) is already lower than products of the same quality else where you can find in most cases. When you buy more than one, the price will be significantly dropped. The more you buy, the cheaper it will be. There is a tier-pricing system for all our products.
We target small-volume wholesale and we endeavor to provide you with products of the best quality-price ratio by producing the products ourselves or sourcing on behalf of you from China’s original manufactories.
Promotions
1. Clearance
On our special zone of Clearance, you may find products with unbelievably low prices. Those products are our current stock at sales. We aim to sell them out in a short time. The quantity is limited and the faster you act, the best chances you will win big.
2. Deals
Periodically, we introduce new products or do seasonality promotions at Deals. Here you will find good deals starting with low MOQ and special prices. After a period of time, new rounds of Deals will be introduced and the old products will be removed from Deals zone and back to normal shelves.
